At ASTROSORA, we are committed to delivering high-quality candy products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.


1️⃣ Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Unopened & Unused Items – Due to food safety regulations, we only accept returns for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging.
Refund Request Within 7 Days – You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions.
  • Personalized or customized candy orders.

2️⃣ How to Request a Return or Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

📦 Step 2: Return Approval

  • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping address.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💰 Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please:

4️⃣ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


5️⃣ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
