1️⃣ Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
✅ Unopened & Unused Items – Due to food safety regulations, we only accept returns for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging.
✅ Refund Request Within 7 Days – You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions.
- Personalized or customized candy orders.
2️⃣ How to Request a Return or Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

- Your order number
- A photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief explanation of the issue
📦 Step 2: Return Approval
- If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💰 Step 3: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please:

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
